By booking and using our vehicles, you agree to the following conditions.
1) Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old (or the legal minimum in the country of operation).
- Hold a valid and current driver’s license.
- Provide valid ID and a credit/debit card in the renter’s name.
2) Reservations & Payments
- A reservation is confirmed once the payment indicated on our site is completed.
- Security deposits and additional charges may apply in case of non-compliance.
- Prices include what is specified in each booking (taxes, basic insurance, etc.).
3) Vehicle Delivery & Return
- Vehicles are delivered in good condition and with a specified fuel level.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition and with the same fuel level.
- Late returns may incur extra charges per hour or day.
4) Vehicle Use
- Only the renter and authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
- Do not use the vehicle for illegal activities, competitions, or to transport hazardous goods.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
5) Insurance & Responsibility
- All vehicles include mandatory basic insurance.
- Optional coverages are available (full coverage, theft, damages, etc.).
- In case of accident, theft, or damage, notify us and local authorities immediately.
6) Penalties
- Traffic fines and administrative sanctions.
- Loss of keys, documents, or vehicle accessories.
- Damages caused by misuse or negligence.
7) Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours/ in advance may receive a full or partial refund.
- Late cancellations may incur a penalty fee.
8) Privacy
Personal data is used exclusively to manage reservations and is protected according to applicable law.
